Your client area is your one stop area for anything to do with your hosting account, From there you can update your details, for example you Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email Address, etc.

That Sounds Great, But how do i use it?

Just Under where the page reads "You are Here" you will see many different options for you to choose.

The first option is "My Details" From here you can:

  • Update your Name
  • Update your Contact Details
  • Update your Address
  • Update your Email Address
  • Update your Telephone Number
  • Change your Password

The next Option is "My Hosting Packages" From Here you can:

  • Check your Hosting Registration Date
  • Check your Domain
  • Check Which package you are currently subscribed to
  • Check your next due date and the amount
  • By clicking on to "View Details" you can see this in a more indepth view and also login to your Cpanel/Webmail

The next Option is "My Domains" From Here you can:

  • Check your Domain Registration Date
  • Check your Domain
  • Check your next due date and amount

The next Option is "View Invoices" From Here you can:

  • View all of the Creative Computer Consulting invoices that have been sent out starting from when you first took out the package to the present day
  • View the invoice date(s)
  • View the invoice number
  • View the invoice due date
  • View the total invoice amount
  • View the status of the invoice
  • If you click on to "View Invoice" to the far right, it will display the invoice in question.

The next option is "My Support Tickets" from here you can:

  • Submit a new Support ticket (Ask for some help)
  • View any exsisting support tickets and their status

The Next Option is "Order Additional Items" from here you can

  • Add any other hosting package on to your account
  • You can choose from Shared or Reseller Hosting from the drop down menu.

The Next Option is "My Products & Services" many users will have nothing in here, so to avoid confusion, if you have a question about this section the please submit a support ticket.

The next option is "My Emails" From Here you can:

  • Review any emails that have been sent to you from Creative Computer Consulting
  • This Includes any emails sent from the Support Ticketing system, Account creation, login details, passwords and Invoices

The next option is "Logout" from here you can:

  • Log your self out of your client area. You will need to log back in again if you need to change any of the above.
